Ovviamente non tutti gli ombretti sono nuovi, ma ce ne sono alcuni molto consumati.......per quanto riguarda l'operazione depotting all'inizio ho avuto qualche difficoltà....in realtà tenevo la fiamma dell'accendino troppo poco tempo e quindi la colla non riusciva a sciogliersi......ho pure distrutto un oombretto (il 109) che ho dovuto ricomprare; una volta capito il meccanismo comunque diventa tutto più facile!

Come vi avevo preannunciato qualche post fa, ho fatto l'ordine sul sito esteticasunflower per prendere questa palette vuote...in particolare ne ho prese due da 10 posti.
In questo post vi racconto un pò com'è andata la spedizione. L'ordine è stato fatto il 17 Novembre in tardo pomeriggio, ho pagato mediante bonifico bancario e ho scelto la spedizione con corriere SDA, per essere un pò più sicura. Immediatamente dopo l'ordine mi è arrivata la mail di conferma con il numero di ordine, che però non ha alcun valore di tracciatura del pacco. Dopo circa 1 settimana non avendo avuto notizie relative alla spedizione del pacco (mi aspettavo un codice di tracciatura SDA), ho mandato una mail per avere notizie. Ho chiesta se
1) il pacco era stato spedito
2) nel caso non fossi stata presente a casa, il corriere lasciava l'avviso.
Mi hanno risposto quasi subito dicendo che
1)il pacco era stato spedito, ma che la persona non essendo presente in azienda non poteva darmi ulteriori delucidazioni; se entro il Lunedì 29 Novembre il pacco non fosse arrivato dovevo scrivere un'altra mail per avere ulteriori info
2) non tutti i corrieri lasciano l'avviso.
Ho aspettato il Martedì prima di scrivere un'altra mail; anche in questo caso mi hanno risposto come sopra....non erano in negozio quindi non potevano darmi ulteriori notizie. Fortunatamente il pacco è arrivato giorno 1 Dicembre, integro e perfetto.....
Il servizio clienti comunque lascia un pò a desiderare!!!
Non appena completo le mie palettine vi mostro il risultato!

Come tutti gli smalti Mavala utilizzati ha una buona durata, però mi ha deluso in termini di coprenza. Due passate sono d'obbligo, perchè con una sola non copre nulla.

E' molto leggero sulla pelle, permette una pulizia profonda e rapida e lascia la pelle fresca e per nulla secca (dopo comunque utilizzo le mie creme contorno occhi e viso). Il prezzo di listino è piuttosto altino (almeno per i miei standard) ma li vale sia dal punto di vista della qualità che della quantità.

Nel rispetto di una legalità che noi siamo obbligati ad ottemperare con scrupolo, chiedo a Lei un consiglio paterno su come fare valere le nostre ragioni.
Mi creda, svolgo da 40 anni con perizia e passione questo lavoro e desidererei sopra ogni altra cosa continuare a poterlo fare.

Pesata, aggiunto farina pari al suo peso e acqua paria metà il suo peso. Poi l'ho lasciata nel forno spento per una ventina di ore. Infine ho panificato usando metà della pasta rinfrescata (ed ho messo il resto in frigo).
Qualche giorno dopo, in seguito al secondo rinfresco, ho panificato come segue:

FOCACCIA CON GRANO SARACENO

(da una idea della Golosastra , su suggerimento della Pasticciona )

INGREDIENTS: 200 gr
. sourdough
150 gr.
buckwheat flour 250 gr.
OO flour 280 ml.
of warm water 1 teaspoon corn malt (or sugar)
1 teaspoon salt (I also added on the surface of the cake ... it was too bland)
four tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil for the dough (and three more to the surface of the cake, with the same emulsion in water and a bit 'of salt)
Dissolve the sourdough in 200 ml. of water (the rest is added if necessary), add oil and malt. Pour the flour a bit 'at a time mixing thoroughly, until all of it (finally add the salt).

# tekka
# olio extravergine d'oliva q.b.
PREPARAZIONE: quando le carote saranno cotte e l'acqua evaporata, aggiungere un paio di cucchiaini di olio, la pasta scolata e mescolare sul fuoco per un minuto. Impiattare e aggiungere la tekka (la polvere nera nella foto).
