Brown Mucous Day Period Is Due

Educazione sentimentale a tavola: quinoa col cavolo!

ADDED AFTER INTRODUCTION (so technically it's a pos tfazione premise?): Any of you have seen the latest film by Nora Ephron, Julie & Julia ?!
It 's a nice comedy, full of food, archetypes of people who might find around you, for better or for worse (or be you!) and is beautifully acted. Okay, not the kind of film that will help improve the world will not improve perhaps even a week, smiles and tears we say that makes it seem less strange to our everyday life.
I'm not going to quantify ... but what I liked!
Actually is a bit 'that my relationship with cinema is quite idyllic!

The food I like. I like it, according to many, so strange and personal. Are un'emiliana with tastes from stateless. I like to touch and handle the ingredients of a recipe. eat, they eat or fear the perilous adventures in foreign dishes make me a bit 'tenderness and a little' pity. I avoid their affection for the misfortune of a dish cooked by me.
When I read on other blogs that are popular in the cuisines of the culinary acrobatic exercises a vegan, as friends and relatives of the brush flat and deep and Giambi epode compliments I wonder ... because it does not happen to me?

QUINOA WITH CABBAGE
(and appearance)


INGREDIENTS :
>> QUINOA: part of quinoa (washed), double the amount of water for 15 min. covered. Once it is cooked add an emulsion of olive oil, miso and lemon juice (in equal parts) and mix well. To make the best preparation I put each piece in a plastic container that I then scaravoltato on the plate.
>> TOFU: I pressed a stick of tofu between two towels, covered with a weight (while the cooked quinoa). I then cut into cubes and fried with a little oil, a clove of garlic in a shirt, a little ginger and salt.
>> CABBAGE AND APPEARANCE: few leaves of cabbage, half a carrot and a few algae arame. Soaked seaweed, I cut into squares smooth cabbage carrots and flowers. I then boiled it all for three minutes in a little water and rice vinegar (the cabbage first, then the last arame and that color carrots water).
