Here is the report of the meeting on 09.11.2009 with the Competition Authority and the Market: As you know
November 9 last been heard by the Italian Competition Authority.
Confartigianato The delegation was composed by the National President Luciano Bigazzi category by category Dott.sa National Secretary Patricia Curiale and me.
Unfortunately, the delegation of CNA with Lisa Frasca is not able to operate for a banal bureaucratic inconvenience.
the hearing I think I could do understand the suffering that is going through our category because the topics ranged from the problem of false (to us does not exist as it is absurd to use original spare parts to repair a fake), the technical skills Our (our formazione fatta negli anni passati anche dai marchi più prestigiosi), alla certificazione dei laboratori (per noi impossibile perché troppo onerosa in quanto i vari gruppi hanno esigenze diverse di attrezzatura e disposizione locali), alla possibilità di diventare centri assistenza autorizzati (per noi stravolgerebbe la filosofia di artigiani liberi imprenditori).
L'argomentazione dei gruppi orologieri di specificità dei meccanismi che richiedono un'alta specializzazione è stata smentita con documentazione fotografica riportante l'identità di alcuni calibri utilizzati da vari marchi.
Nell'arco di un'ora e mezza credo abbiamo affrontato tutti i possibili problemi in quanto quattro persone sparavano a raffica domande a cui ho dovuto rispondere manco fosse un tribunale.
Una buona notizia che abbiamo carpito anche se non confermata ma letta fra le righe (fra l'altro supportata da voci da poco circolanti) è che Swatch Group e Rolex stanno aprendo indiscriminatamente la disponibilità di forniture.
Ovviamente bisogna ordinare in maniera professionale: referenze pezzi, calibro e per Rolex anche numeri di cassa e seriali.
Teniamo presente che Rolex chiede contributo spese di spedizione di 99 euro.
A questo punto invece di lamentarci diamoci da fare e spingiamo per il proseguimento dell'apertura al mercato.
Alla luce dell'audizione Confartigianato e CNA sono ottimisti per la soluzione del problema, anche se i funzionari dell'Autorità Garante si reserved the right to act after a ruling by the commission in Brussels.

It 's a nice comedy, full of food, archetypes of people who might find around you, for better or for worse (or be you!) and is beautifully acted. Okay, not the kind of film that will help improve the world will not improve perhaps even a week, smiles and tears we say that makes it seem less strange to our everyday life.
I'm not going to quantify ... but what I liked!

The food I like. I like it, according to many, so strange and personal. Are un'emiliana with tastes from stateless. I like to touch and handle the ingredients of a recipe. I try as much as possible, not to mix too much and not to undermine the individual notes . I look at the cakes rise in the oven without ever having the feeling of wasting time. Those which do
eat, they eat or fear the perilous adventures in foreign dishes make me a bit 'tenderness and a little' pity. I avoid their affection for the misfortune of a dish cooked by me.
When I read on other blogs that are popular in the cuisines of the culinary acrobatic exercises a vegan, as friends and relatives of the brush flat and deep and Giambi epode compliments I wonder ... because it does not happen to me?
I'm the only one to share the dinner table with conservatives, champions of the Orthodox tradition, and (absurdly) of ready meals? Or rather, as I often say, I eat for canaries?!
This is to introduce you to one of my last acts of diplomacy at the table ... was designed for a type of seduction: if you can eat this little thing, maybe you like me!

QUINOA WITH CABBAGE

INGREDIENTS : >> QUINOA: part of quinoa (washed), double the amount of water for 15 min. covered. Once it is cooked add an emulsion of olive oil, miso and lemon juice (in equal parts) and mix well. To make the best preparation I put each piece in a plastic container that I then scaravoltato on the plate.
>> TOFU: I pressed a stick of tofu between two towels, covered with a weight (while the cooked quinoa). I then cut into cubes and fried with a little oil, a clove of garlic in a shirt, a little ginger and salt.
>> CABBAGE AND APPEARANCE: few leaves of cabbage, half a carrot and a few algae arame. Soaked seaweed, I cut into squares smooth cabbage carrots and flowers. I then boiled it all for three minutes in a little water and rice vinegar (the cabbage first, then the last arame and that color carrots water).
