few minutes ago I did my daily round up VeganBlog and I read the post by Mariagrazia . I immediately decided to go and read and listen to what Kofi Annan has to say ... what I like! I was always inspired confidence, has the air of a good person, and when I look at it reminds me a cup of tea, the wisdom of silence and the pressing need (mine) to have reliable references.
So ... the logo on the right takes you to listen to a song and a short message in English: we are playing dirty with the Earth, which is the only planet we have, it's time to act ... is for the Earth ... is for us! Before we go our read literally on fire. We find a cure ... take a clear position and we say loud and clear: we do not like and not so good. Let's stop wasting time!

SALAD SPEGNIBRONCHITE


INGREDIENTS:
... a couple of diced tomatoes
... half diced fennel
... two leaves of red cabbage, diced
... a bit of diced red onion
... spelled cicerchie (previously cooked together after soaking, long supervised cooking - I do not want mushy - in a crock pot with bay leaf, clove garlic, rosemary and kombu) about half a cup
... oregano (leftovers from the garden)
marjoram ... (as above)
oil ... extra virgin olive
... herb salt (to taste)

WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS POWER-BRONCHITIS?!
Fennel: expectorant
Marjoram: antibacterial, rich in vitamin C
Oregano: antiseptic, antispasmodic con proprietà espettoranti
Cipolla di Tropea: ricca di flavonoidi e polifenoli (contro i radicali liberi... e contro le scorie da cortisone!) che in combinazione con il potassio e il ferro (che pure ci sono) favoriscono l'azione depurativa.
Cavolo rosso: anti-fatica, rinforza le difese immunitarie, depurativo, ricco di vitamina C, antibatterico e antivirale
